Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage requires the use of deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension.  The style is similar to Swedish massage, but with greater pressure.

Gua Sha is an ancient healing technique used by many clinicians and practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  Lotion or oil is applied to the skin of the area to be treated.  A smooth-edged instrument or tool is used to apply short or long strokes on the skin typically where pain is present.  The stroking motion creates raised redness (petechiae) or bruising (ecchymosis).

Structural Relief Therapy utilizes slow gentle movements to re-balance muscles. This therapy aids in eliminating  involuntary muscle contractions which cause pain. These contractions cause inflammation which decreases blood flow perpetuating additional inflammation.

Mayofascial Therapy is a type of treatment that involves applying sustained pressure into Mayofascial connective tissue assisting in releasing restrictions and eliminating pain while restoring motion.

Sports Massage is used to both treat sports injuries and prepare the body before or after athletic events by loosing tight muscles.

Swedish Massage  is one of the most well know types of massage. By using long fluid strokes heading toward the heart the entire body relaxes.
